Ingredients

Main
  • 1.5 lbs Fresh salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 3 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice (for serving)
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced (for serving)
  • 2 tbsp Spicy mayo (for drizzling)

Method

Main
  1. Cut the skinless salmon fillets into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss until every piece is fully coated in the glaze.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and arrange the salmon bites in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until the edges are beautifully caramelized and crispy, and the salmon flakes easily.
  7. Assemble the bowls: Add a scoop of warm jasmine rice, top with the sticky salmon bites and sliced avocado, and finish with a generous drizzle of spicy mayo.
