- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
- Flip the wings, increase heat to 400°F, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden and very crispy.
- While wings are finishing, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Transfer crispy wings to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter over them, add the parmesan and parsley, and toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately!
