Ingredients

Main
  • 4 fillets Salmon, skin-on or off
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Method

Main
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush or spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. If you want crispy edges, broil on high for the last 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with extra fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve warm!
